On June 29, 2009, Pumpkin Patch LLC ("Pumpkin Patch") filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under chapter 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Bankruptcy Court"). Working closely with its lenders and business partners, Pumpkin Patch forged a successful plan of reorganization, which was accepted by its creditors and confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court on May 27, 2010.
